There are a lot of moving parts to a real estate transaction that often go unnoticed or get neglected, such as ensuring you don't end up homeless or with 2 homes. I've made a very intentional decision to never put a client in a bad situation by getting sloppy with the details.
Not just in business, but in life in general, I have a great appreciation, respect and empathy for people. As a result, serving others with their needs and interests as my top and only priority has been the easiest and most natural sales technique that I've developed.
My clients often look at me puzzled when I point out every potential flaw in the home they are considering purchasing, but when they realize they've actually hired someone who cares more about them than he does about making a quick commission cheque, their confusion instantly turns into appreciation.
